Year Representatives

As a Year Representative, you work together with your peers to ensure the faculty receives in-depth feedback on your program. This role is not a formal position within the university, reducing the pressure and creating a great environment for discussion. It is your opportunity to ensure the voices of the students are heard by the program management.

What do I have to do as a YR? *

The meetings are held after the end of each block. They last 1-2 hours and resemble a casual conversation between the students and other parties present at the meeting, focusing on possible points of improvement.

The meetings are chaired by a Quest Board member. The program coordinators are invited to directly receive the feedback.

Attend the meetings

As a Year Representative your only responsibility is to contribute to the meetings and share your experiences with the courses in each block. You are also encouraged to suggest improvements and changes that would help the future students in your opinion.

Provide feedback

The goal is to discuss ways to improve the program and to produce qualitative feedback that cannot be obtained in another way.

You play a pivotal role in improving the quality of the programmes at the Faculty of Economics and Business by voicing the thoughts


Develop personal relationships with the programme coordinators and get in touch with other students in your programme.

We are currently looking for YRs for the following programmes for 2024-2025:

  • BSc Bedrijsfkunde - Technology Management

  • MSc Marketing - Marketing Management

  • MSc Marketing - MADS

  • MSc Business Administration - MAC

  • MSc ED&G
